For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes the visitor's domain name and email address (where possible). We do not collect all of that data, but it is recognized. We collect only the domain name, but not the email address of visitors to our web site. We also track aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit and user-specific information on what pages visitors access or visit.

We use cookies on our profile to aid in tracking each tier of our compensation plan. When someone visits the site, a cookie is placed on the customer's machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously.

We collect information you give us - the names and email addresses of those who take our online assessment, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, survey information and/or site registrations and the email addresses of people requesting our autoresponders.

Email addresses are not sold or traded, now or in the future for any reason, and no one will be contacted unless they specifically request it.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site and used by us to contact visitors for marketing purposes.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering customer questions about products or services, sending postal mail and processing event registration. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of S3, Inc. and its family of Web sites, or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of services, or members of the public.

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities.

If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending email to us at the above address, or calling us at the above telephone number, or writing to us at the above address and telling us that you do not want to receive email from our company.
